Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AnyMeetViawebsites, booking flows, and browser-based meeting rooms. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AnyMeetVia provides online scheduling and a browser meeting room so hosts and guests can book and join video calls. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities may depend on your device, browser, network, or third-party infrastructure.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use AnyMeetVia. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit when booking or joining, and for keeping access to your email and meeting links secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload malware or interfere with other users' meetings.
• Misrepresent your identity in a way that harms others or violates law.
• Resell or misuse meeting links in a way that abuses the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

4. Bookings and meetings

When you book a meeting, you receive confirmation details and a join link subject to host availability and service uptime. Hosts and guests are responsible for showing up, for the content of their conversations, and for obtaining any consents needed for recording or sharing if they choose to do so outside our default product behavior.

5. Media and devices

Video and audio require camera and microphone permissions in your browser. You are responsible for your device settings and for what you share on screen. Network quality can affect call performance; we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.

6. Intellectual property

AnyMeetVia branding, interface, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as provided. You retain rights to content you create in meetings, subject to the licenses needed for us to transmit that content during the call.

7. Third-party services

The product may rely on email delivery, hosting, calendaring links, or other providers. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or always available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyMeetVia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or meeting disruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), if you paid nothing.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify AnyMeetVia against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We may stop offering part or all of the service with reasonable notice when practical.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AnyMeetVia operates its primary service entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
