Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AnyMeetVia("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, booking pages, and browser-based meeting rooms.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and booking details - name, email address, meeting time, and related scheduling information you provide when booking or joining a call.
- Meeting activity - meeting codes, join times, device and browser type, and basic connection diagnostics used to run the room.
- Support messages - content you send to help@anymeetvia.com or other support channels.
- Technical data - IP address, cookies or local storage values needed for preferences (such as lobby theme or language), and standard server logs.
Camera and microphone streams are used to provide the live call in your browser. We do not use your live media to build advertising profiles.
2. How we use information
- Provide booking confirmations, calendar invites, and meeting join links.
- Operate, secure, and improve the meeting room and related services.
- Respond to support requests and service notices.
- Detect abuse, debug outages, and maintain service reliability.
- Meet legal obligations where applicable.
3. Legal bases
Where required by law, we process personal data to perform a contract with you (for example, delivering a booked meeting), based on your consent (for optional preferences), or for our legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable service - balanced against your rights.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us host the product, send email, or process payments for our infrastructure - only as needed to operate AnyMeetVia. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.
5. Retention
We keep booking and meeting records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements. Support emails are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies or local storage for core functionality such as session continuity and lobby preferences. You can clear these in your browser settings; some features may then reset to defaults.
7. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a browser-based meeting product. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at help@anymeetvia.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Children
AnyMeetVia is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International transfers
Our service may be hosted or accessed from more than one country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps intended to protect it in line with applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
